Pain Management
Are you being held back from doing what you love?
Pain sucks, we’ve all been there and experienced some sort of pain. From nagging achy joints to sprains, to crippling back pain it all sucks and it always holds us back from performing our best.
- Time
- Money
- Enjoyment
- Energy
It can easily put us in bad moods, and not want to deal with people. Most of us know that we actually have to keep moving and not let it hold us back.
Managing pain and getting rid of it comes from understanding it and what it is actually meant for. Being able to talk to the parts of the brain that control pain and whether you are destined to experience it or not is the most important part.
Through my years of studying functional neuroanatomy and eventually becoming a Z-Health Master Trainer has allowed me to have an exceptional understanding of pain and how to deal with it.
Every client I have ever trained has always encountered pain. It’s a part of life, and the more active you are, the more you move, explore, and challenge yourself, the more likely you are going to run into it. What really sucks is when you don’t do anything to earn it, you sleep wrong, or you take a step and your knee gives out. Guess what there is a reason for these occurrences, and there are solutions for them too.
Imagine if you could finally have the ability to tackle the pain you experience, keep it at bay or get rid of it for good.
Using simple drills and exercises that talk to your nervous system can do just that. You can finally get some relief.
It starts with assessing your current state using easy drills that Neurologists apply when seeing patients. Then addressing the body in a systematic way that focuses on a bottom-up or top-down approach. Meaning, should we start in your body or the brain to address the issues at hand.
Either way it’s always a brain pain.
And understanding the brain is the way to get rid of it.
